Bills Tracker puts every bill, budget and account on one clear screen. It reminds you before due dates, carries anything unpaid into the new month, and shows exactly how much is left after bills. Free, with no sign-up.
No spreadsheets and no connecting your bank. Add your bills once and Bills Tracker keeps count every month after that.
Rent, power, internet, loans, subscriptions. Set the amount, due date and how often it repeats. Start with sample data to explore, or start empty.
Pick a reminder per bill, from the same day to a week before. A daily nudge at the time you choose lists what's overdue, due today and due soon.
Pay in full or in part and choose which account it came from. Your balances, budgets and monthly totals update right away.
Four tabs and a big plus button. Tap a screen below to see it on the phone.
Paid twice a month? Paying a loan in parts? Forgot last month's water bill? Bills Tracker was built around how bills actually behave.
One-time, daily, weekly, monthly, month-end or semi-monthly with ready presets like the 15th and last day. Add an end date for loans that finish, or leave it open.
Unpaid bills from last month follow you into this one until you settle them. Didn't actually owe it? Mark it "Not owed" and move on.
Record partial payments and watch the bar fill up until it's done.
For bills that come out of your account by themselves, turn on "Automatically record as paid" and the app logs it for you after the due date.
Choose per bill: same day, 1, 2 or 3 days, or a week before. Set the time of day that suits you.
Give each bill a default account and relate it to a budget. When you mark it paid, the account balance and budget update together, so your numbers always add up.
Jump to any month and year to see what was paid and what's coming. Turn on "Include income" to see paydays alongside the bills they cover.
Try it here. These are the same themes, modes and privacy switch you'll find in the app's Settings.
There's no account to create and no server holding your bills. Everything you type stays on your phone. Here's the full, honest picture.

The app is free because it shows ads. The Google ads SDK collects standard ad data. None of it includes your financial information.

Yes. Every feature is free to use, with no subscription and no locked tiers. The app shows ads, which is how its development is supported.
No. Bills Tracker never connects to your bank and never moves money. It's your personal record: you tell it what's due and what you paid, and it keeps track, reminds you and does the math. Even "Automatically record as paid" only records the payment in the app.
No. Bills, budgets, accounts, reminders and charts all work offline. The internet is only used to show ads and to check Google Play for updates.
Go to Settings, Export data to save a backup file with all your bills, accounts and budgets. On the new phone, use Settings, Import data. If an import doesn't look right, Undo last import brings back what you had before.
Any. Pick a common symbol or type your own in Settings, Currency symbol, and every amount in the app follows it.
It stays in front of you. Past-due bills carry into the new month and show under "Needs attention" until you mark them paid. If it turns out you didn't owe it after all, choose Not owed to clear it.
Turn on notifications in Settings and choose a daily reminder time. Each day at that time you'll get a heads-up for anything overdue, due today, or inside the reminder window you picked for that bill. Reminders are created on your phone, and Android lets you control each type separately.
